Experience you can see

Experience with clubs and private companies

We have experience arranging curated sailing trips with business clubs and corporate getaways for private companies. We can prepare your programme too, from the initial idea and yacht selection to an agreed itinerary and budget.

Your personal contact is Kamran Ibrahimov, founder of KIM Yachting, the yachting division of KimeState, registered in Türkiye.

Three ways to travel together

A format for your community

01 / BUSINESS CLUB

A club sailing week

Familiar faces, fresh conversations and shared downtime. Club sessions alternate with sailing and time ashore.

Your role: the concept and inviting your members.
Our role: the sailing arrangements and cost breakdown.

02 / PRIVATE COMPANY

Your team beyond the office

A corporate getaway for employees or partners. We agree the pace, group dinners and time for your own programme.

Where we start: your group, occasion, dates and budget. For multiple yachts, we check compatible bases and shared stopping points.

03 / HOST AND COMMUNITY

A hosted group journey

You bring your theme and community: photography, conversations or sessions ashore. We help combine it with a sailing holiday.

Before inviting guests: we agree the programme, host fee and accommodation. The host counts towards the yacht capacity.

From Fethiye to the bays of Göcek

Meet in Fethiye
Arrival, settling aboard and a group dinner.

Sea and shore
Gemiler, coastal bays and walks ashore; the sequence is tailored to your group.

Time for your programme
Conversations, meetings or sessions as agreed.

Return to Fethiye
Wrapping up the trip and departure.

An example based on a previously prepared programme on our website. This is not a fixed schedule or confirmed booking. The route depends on weather, the operator and skipper decisions.

Understand the cost before inviting guests

Once the dates and yacht are confirmed, we prepare a written breakdown for the group and per person.

  • Yacht charter for your dates and mandatory fees.
  • Skipper fees, meals and agreed accommodation.
  • Fuel, mooring and food: what is included and what is estimated separately.
  • Transfers, flights and shore services, if requested.
  • Host, programme and arrangement fees shown separately.

The refundable security deposit is shown separately from costs.

Price on request: dates, yacht and services have not yet been confirmed for your group. Partner remuneration is discussed after the cost breakdown.

From idea to itinerary

Agree the essentials first

Who is travelling, what matters, preferred dates and your budget.

2. Options and costs

Yachts, accommodation, route, inclusions and costs.

3. Terms and invitations
